Top 5 tips for you to keep your body and health in shape.

Everybody wants to get in shape for the summer and improve their condition and health, but not many people now how to start. In this blog I am going to give you the top 5 lists of tips.

1) The number one tip is; Do enough daily exercises. This can be everything where you are actively moving your body. Walking or biking to work is a good example that counts as daily exercising, many people thing this doesn’t make any different but it does. The advice is to exercises at least 2 x 30 minutes, this can be everything like walking or cycling. My advice is to workout at least 2 times a week more actively, like running or practicing some kind of sport. Doing enough of daily exercising is the number one tip because it helps to make your body making itself more active. When your body is more active it will lose weight faster or gain muscle faster.

2) The second tip is; The food you eat daily. Food is the second important thing when it comes to making progress. Exercising alone won’t give your progress but eating good and healthy alone without enough exercising won’t help you either. The food that is good for you is in every situation and for every person different so it really depends on what your goal is. When you want to lose weight you have to lower your carbohydrates and when you want to gain muscles you have to eat a lot more proteins before and after your workouts.

3) The third tip is; Get enough sleep. Most of the people underrate this, I hear so many people say I have enough with 5/6 hours sleep but you body really needs that 7/8 hours a day. When you are sleeping your muscles can recover and your body will get rid of the bad waste of fabrics in your body. So besides good eating and exercising the important third key part is a good sleep. When you don’t sleep enough you have less energy when your workout and with less energy you have to eat more to compare this energy loss you didn’t get from your sleep.

4) The fourth tip is; A good breakfast. This is maybe the most underrates of all by most of the people. When you start your day without a breakfast you whole body is underperforming and maybe you won’t see it directly but it really is a fact. When you start your day with a powerful and healthy breakfast you will experience the benefits of this during the rest of the day. With a good breakfast not only your body but also your mind is performing way better.

5) The fifth and last tip is; Structure is key. A good structure in your daily life is very important, you body is working like a small engine which is preforming way better in a kind of similar structure every day. When you eat on complete different moments every day your body can’t get used to it and metabolism system doesn’t work as good as it should. Also a good workout schedule is better for the development of your body. The optimal result you will get when you adjust your workout moments with the times you eat something.
